Pro-marijuana (deregulate entirely)
Supports gay rights
Legalize prostitution, but regulate it to protect prostitutes’s rights.
Supports universal healthcare and private practice side by side.
Supports stem cell research
Against the war, but glad we nabbed Saddam
Anti-outsourcing
Anti-Wal-mart
Supports minimum wage hike
However:
I’m very against illegal immigration.
I’d LOVE to see things like pepper spray deregulated (and maybe a few of the gun restrictions)
I think welfare’s grossly ineffecient right now. Give it to people who really need it.
Against affirmative action, would prefer an effective alternative.
Experiment a little with charter schools, but don’t abandon public ones.
Loosen property tax, loosen estate tax, but don’t end it.

Well, payroll accounting IS a bit complicated. Tax laws change every year. I work for small businesses as a bookkeeper, and I frankly and openly admit to my clients that I’m not qualified or up-to-date on payroll taxes and laws. That’s not a big deal – I can handle everything else. So the clients I have do in fact outsource their payroll.
Now, for larger companies, they can actually afford to ‘employ’ a CPA to take care of payroll. Such a person CAN do payroll correctly and DOES know the ever-changing tax laws.

If I have a data center where I can set up the servers and the necessary software, what is the best way to sell the hosting service where I will manage and support the business applications for companies? Basically, I will be the outsourcing company for the applications and off-loading the work from the client companies. I plan to host business applications such as accounting software, HR/Payroll, CRM, ERP, etc.
