outsourcing means you have a $ 10,000 project that you could do – BUT you know another company down the street that will do it for $ 6,000 – so you get them to do it for 6 and you keep the 4 when you charge your client $ 10,000

offshore – is when your techs work in INDIA, because they will work for $ 10/ hr – and your long distance bill is the same as a
WATS line in the states – so you save $ 10-15 /hr tech fees
